Attractive incentives paid on time, for a particular process which I have worked for, shift timings was really good. There are various personality buildup sessions and soft skills improvement sessions as well.

Management is terrible, they don't give respect to their employees, also job security is low.

Always Good, I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Negative thinking & total information not share to Employee. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.
