Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.

...t change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. Very less package and rare chances of promotion with 15 % hike in promotion. 4. No Bonus kind of thing exists. and many more..

Nothing to like about working at Hexaware Technologies.

...favor their selected employees in terms of promotions, appraisals, awards, etc. The salary and benefits are not good and as they pay very low salary as compared to current market situation and they do not even provide health insurance to the family / dependents of the employee. Only the employee is enrolled under health insurance / mediclaim policy. In simple terms, this company do not consider the existence of a family of an employee, they simply consider employee as a single person alive in his/her family. This is a very unacceptable thing an employee will realize in this company. The promotions and appraisals are very biased and not fair. There is no job security in this company, for me I am sharing my personal experience that they fired me including 100+ employees without any proper formalities, they scheduled a call one day and informed us about our last working day. They never tried to move us to another departments internally, they never arranged any interviews within company nor they ever thought about the employee's situation and his/her family. They want employee to work only, no any fun activities are planned. Also, there is no skill development / learning for the employees. Zero work satisfaction in this company. No career growth is there in this company. Company culture is worst. The manager is very bad as he simply compares every employee with other employees / colleagues, in short he feels company is like a school. I strongly recommend not to join this company for the betterment of life and career.

Salary Timing issue, you have to maintain 9hrs 15min per day on an average in a quarter. 3 months notice period. HRs and seniors are not helpful in actual career growth. They give little salary and expect the most from us. They have bonds, they won’t leave you easily either. Even onboarding is an issue Because they don’t give timely update, like I said HRs are not helpful.

... force them to do work they want even it's out of our position and experience, They want to hire PPL with less salary who can do work like someone with 10-11 yrs experience. Worst company, bad for mental health and stressful environment

Theres nothing that can be liked. There are no perks or benefits for an employee No night shift allowance, No work life balance, Employee KRA is just for name you cannot take any leave casual leave or sick leave throughout a month. And even only 1 planned leave is available through a month if exceeds then you ratings will be dropped to 2.

...efits for employee. Will not even retain old employees will good skills and exp.thought they will hire new inexperienced ppl with even more higher package. No leave benefits, No night shift allowance, 0 leave policy is worst. One cannot take any unplanned, sick leave, casual leave through a month & even one cannot exceeds planned leave more then 1 that too you have to update your leave tracker prior in 1 month.
