There is nothing to like about Hexaware.

Dislikes

.... Misleading Hiring Process: HRs promise one job role but assign you to another. They claim you’ll receive a net monthly salary based on Rating 3, but after joining, you’ll realize you’re getting Rating 2. They also rush employees into signing the VPA structure, which isn’t transparent. Exploitative Work Schedule: Despite being promised two weekly offs, you’re forced to work on weekends under the excuse of "business requirements." Public holidays listed in the company calendar are also denied. Unrealistic Training & No Support: The HR team states one month of training, but it’s cut down to 15 days to meet business demands. During OJT, there is minimal support, yet you’re expected to meet targets even after shift hours. Toxic Operations Team & Management: The managers and operations team are unprofessional, arrogant, and unhelpful. They constantly push employees to work extra hours and cancel planned leaves. Poor Employee Facilities & No Lockers: Hexaware at Navi Mumbai MBP follows a strict no-phone policy, but they don’t provide lockers for employees. Instead, you must submit your phone to security daily and collect a token. If you need your phone during breaks, you must stand in a queue, collect it, and submit it again before returning. This process often eats into your break time, leaving employees frustrated. FOR VOICE PROCESS:- "ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PHONE AT THE START OF THE SHIFT, YOU WILL GET YOUR PHONE DIRECTLY AFTER THE SHIFT". YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PHONE IN BREAKS. High Attrition & Unethical Practices: They mass-hire between January to April for peak season and later neglect employees, leading to high attrition. You’re left with no choice but to resign. Bottom Line: If you value work-life balance, transparency, and fair management, this is not the right place.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance

Nothing to like there and it’s just waste of time even to go for an interview

Dislikes

Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. No work culture No professionalism No Ethics No Floor decorum No work life balance

The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

Dislikes

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

1.Poor work management 2.toxic environment 3.No benefit 4.performance based salary 5.pathetic infrastructure 6.no grace for leave and beg for earned leave before 1 month still denied 7.imbalance work life, they doesn't care about your personal issue and life. 8.pathetic company policies and tons or paperwork while document 9.stressfull enviornment which create hatred between employees 10.worst mistake in my entire life
