Mostly nothing. The only good thing that I liked about them is the salary that they are offering and increments offered. The salary structure depends on your performance no matter from wherever you have hired from or whatever experience you holds.

Everything!!! They not have a work-life balance. They treat the employees as dogs. They just want the employees to work, work and work. They will make you wait until and unless you give them numbers no matter if it's even 12 am in the night. The female employees TL makes them wait till 12 in the night. They just do not know how and when to behave professionally with the employees. ONLY IF YOU CAN HANDLE PRESSURE, CONTINUOUS TAUNTS, WORK FOR LITERALLY 13-15HOURS A DAY then you are ready to work here! :-)

Nothing to like there and it’s just waste of time even to go for an interview

Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. No work culture No professionalism No Ethics No Floor decorum No work life balance

Dislikes

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Job insecurity would always be there if management don't like you than it's over for you.

This is one of the worst company I ever had, believe me the entire training management in nagpur location is just pathetic, very arrogant,no support at all with zero flexibility, really biased towards their own references, extremely micro management was there, they make you feel extremely demotivated here we are doing 10 hours of shift but it is not 10 hours it is actually 11-12 hours of shift, they force you to do it also create the meeting and connect or review post your shift and ask you to be there at any cost, personal life and overall health become zero, nothing is planned, like you feel extremely unlikely in terms of making the decision to work here or join here or be a part of this toxic company Hexaware Specially Nagpur Location.
