Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Poor HR policy. - Unsupportive management or leadership. - Very little salary hike or promotion. - 3 month long notice period. - 45+ days for FNF payment. - Unsupportive HR department.

Mostly nothing. The only good thing that I liked about them is the salary that they are offering and increments offered. The salary structure depends on your performance no matter from wherever you have hired from or whatever experience you holds.

Dislikes

Everything!!! They not have a work-life balance. They treat the employees as dogs. They just want the employees to work, work and work. They will make you wait until and unless you give them numbers no matter if it's even 12 am in the night. The female employees TL makes them wait till 12 in the night. They just do not know how and when to behave professionally with the employees. ONLY IF YOU CAN HANDLE PRESSURE, CONTINUOUS TAUNTS, WORK FOR LITERALLY 13-15HOURS A DAY then you are ready to work here! :-)

...e done, no proper communication, no work ethic, pathetic behavior of management. They even dont care about the advisors last 5-6 months there is a salary issues of advisors still no one is interested in solving the problem

Worst Management and Managers (Anand.T, Alan Patekar and Manish Shrivastva) of HDFC life, Pathetic behavior no proper communication, no career growth, advisors salary issues yet not resolved from past 5-6 months.
