The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

Dislikes

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.

Dislikes

Washrooms is like Railway stations transportation facility must be improved if you travel by bus service provided by company you will wast your time. If you attend quality briefing or any process related training you will have to use your time any aux will not be included in your login hours system unavailability issue may be faced for login for executives and if you didn't logged in on time 3 or 4 times in a month then 20 to 30% amount can be deducted from your salery, doesn't matter this happened due to system availability issue or you got late.

...e were around 500 to 700 workers on floor who wouldn't hesitate helping any one. Salary is satisfying on a mutual terms. Work environment might get busy and stressful as there could be a severe call flow but it wouldn't last more than couple of hours. One can get a preferable shift and off in order to maintain work and life balancing. The process i worked for might be one of the most vast process in the entire BPO industry but it was still a wonderful and skillful process. Growth opportunity arrive after 6 months of working in the company. One has to maintain a goodwill, might have to perform remarkably. I also like how the company cares for their employees as they would give everyone a chance to perform at their best and had a salary rating upon an individual's performance.

Hexaware is a wonderful company and the company does truly cares for their employees as the BHR team always stands up for their employees. However, I am truly unhappy with Hexaware as my talent was not appreciated at all , being a fresher and a trainee I maintained a standardized typing speed which would be almost same compared to their specialists. I requested to be a part of email team on full time bases, but the request was denied and as I was not comfortable with the invoice process as it could not help me maintain a balance in work and real life, I had to resign as I had no options. I wished if they could had made me a part of the email process team, as my other colleagues did get such opportunity and I did not. I still do not dislike Hexaware but just unhappy that's all. It is still a like a home to me, I love my beloved team and my respected trainers and HR and my team leader as well they are kind and helpful.
