...m leader keep harrassing employees. Employees are not been treated as employees. They treat like a donkey and if you don't service notice period then they will deduct your 15 days salary. And won't provide you any experience letter or relieving letter.

Worst place to work. Louzy thinking of operations. People been forced to work for 12/15 hours a day. Always keep saying volume of work and employees treated like a donkey 🐎. Harrasment and mental torcher by saying won't be paid if not worked extra.

It's only the initial package which you get during the joining. Make sure to negotiate hard.

Single digit annual hike, no bonus, no work life balance, Extreme micro level management, Managers consider you as a resource and less as a employee. Nothing structured

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

...rocesses. Relocation issue - employees are forced to work from Chennai location. No bonus or incentive policy(no bonus even on Diwali), maximum bonus amount was 1000 rupees.

Only work culture is good, and the process they follow is also good, they give great opportunities to learn grow.

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch
