...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

They have long term projects which offers good job security. Company culture is alright. They have some good onboarding processes.

Dislikes

Work life balance was a joke. Despite being rated 5/5 consecutively for 2 years, no hike nor any promotions. They really play dirty politics. Senior management favors female candidates more than male candidates. No appreciation for the dedicated work male employees. Zero learning or upskill opportunity other than Udemy courses which will not be considered for any other position unless you have hands on experience.

Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.

...t change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. Very less package and rare chances of promotion with 15 % hike in promotion. 4. No Bonus kind of thing exists. and many more..

There is nothing great, except the learning and upskill and also some activities during some emergency situations like floods providing free food to people who came to office.

I can strongly say, that they expect freshers(beginner )to be superstars with salary around 4 LPA should perform equivalent to 10 years of experienced people. They want to do more value additions for clients but won't provide hike for the same , it would be like doing things for self satisfaction, but after receiving words like you have done project work even after doing hardwork by competing with seniors would be a disaster in feel. One more is management , I could not say all projects but some have politics included and you will be thrown out of projects if you fight against politics. You would be rated bad even client appreciate you. Over all If your project director is good you will enjoy otherwise be ready for sacrifices.

... force them to do work they want even it's out of our position and experience, They want to hire PPL with less salary who can do work like someone with 10-11 yrs experience. Worst company, bad for mental health and stressful environment
