... Barely would you find someone with ego issues. Overall it's an awesome company. The package they provide for fresher's is wonderful. And then also for the experienced.

There was a problem of extension of shift. But now it's somewhat resolved.

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

We dont get prefferd work location and the freshers are randomly given projects without any evaluation of skills. I joined as a pget who knows development tool but they assigned me to low code project, and they dont give opportunity to work in development projects
