Good company to start with for freshers. Good company culture. Learning opportunities are high. Job security is good once you give Good performance on consistent basis. Management is decent.

Dislikes

Salary is low and promotion opportunities are less. Work will be stressful hence work satisfaction will not be good.

... login on Sundays with 9hrs compulsory availability shows very rude and unhappy. Also no extra pay for this login. If leave requested asking many many questions and asking to login on sick leaves too on mod of the sick leave very very unhappy

Hpe has a very good name outside. From my side I am looking for a good management like supervisor are very heartless. On pongal festival too not providing leave to relevant employees.. very bad partiality shown by supervisor. On hpe shutdown holidays too leave are not providing.

...y Management introduced Edge-to-Office where you can work from home permanently. Male employees can avail Parental leave for six months with pay. Skill development policies and also mentoring policies to develop skills. Overall company policies are very good and appraisals are fair.we can get bonus and also good salary hike.

It was really a good experience working with hpe however it does matter overall experience. Learning and development is a good thing as well as the innovative idea.

I think less compensation given to BPO employees that should be sort it out.

... to that you will get everything if u say no it's a black one u will be block. Thank god i came out of that company, no incentive no hike,no promotion. Less salary more work there.
