...l shifts as I was working for day shift .Growth also good but hike was little . salary hike was little less.my working life was good in environment and I felt so happy and satisfied in that company and my colleagues was supporting me so that v can work for the company and make our project success . traveling in the cab was seems to enjoyable our cab driver was maintaining time properly to login into our work .As a result I love the company more

Less hike that didn't seem to my growth of salary as I come from middle class family .I was not able to expect lot from that company

Good company to start with for freshers. Good company culture. Learning opportunities are high. Job security is good once you give Good performance on consistent basis. Management is decent.

Salary is low and promotion opportunities are less. Work will be stressful hence work satisfaction will not be good.

only I would like the work life balance and product based company. not like services company have less pressure on the deliverables . Hybrid work .

Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes. When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery. Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms. While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues. I'm glad to have left such a toxic environment, where there’s a constant mismatch between what is said and what is actually done.

They have good infrastructure and are the only company in Bangalore that gives 6 months of paternal leave.

Dislikes

...balance in the whole of Bangalore, but now it's equivalent to a service company. Along with the work-life balance, the salary structure is at 50% of the current market pricing for existing senior positions along with skill upgrades.
