...on without any defined KRA, you will end up mixing all the work completing none. Untimely salary gets credited to your A/C, no fixed time. Don't get into their trap they will mentally harass you, change their expectation every day. Scold you unnecessarily.

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies and good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The hr head is wife of mr ceo and that hr head have a so called brother in the company thats works like a puppy . They only said they are family but only to whom who is on the side and favour of them . These are greedy ppl . Please don’t be a part to it and if you are please dont involve and show respect to them because they dont deserve it 😂. I hope you got the point.
