Hero Company is a good company but its rules are not good for the people who go for 1 year. Then they are given a gap of six months and after that the boys who come to do the job, then where do they go, they do not have any option. 3 years have been given to me, nothing happened, no one gives a job after hearing the name of the hero, I gave my 3 years the best in the quality of the hero, even after that we are fired, no matter how good we do for the hero company But still the company removes we give the best 3 years of our life in the company, after that we are removed. I appeal to the honorable CEO of Hero Company Pawan Munjal ji to create a rule that people who have given to your company 2 years, 3 years and 4 years have given their best, they should get a chance to join the company again, thanks to Permanent Casualty and not again for 1 year 2 years Jai Hind

Work life balance is respected by the organisation. HR body is active and keeps objective clarity & confidentiality while handling any grievances.

Dislikes

Salary negotiations are too tight while hiring. Performance monitoring/appraisal mechanism is too weak & hence remains largely independent of the work delivery but roots largely into perceived image and relationships with the recommending authorities.

Likes

1.Management is approachable & supportive especially for new joining employees. 2. Highest Salary they offer to new joined employees who joined at their remote location plant.

Dislikes

1. Heavy Nepotism 2. No System Exist within the Company 3. Company is limited to only Cycle Business excluding Gear Business. 4. Employee Can be transferred into any department without any consent of Employees. 5.All of their JV are flop . 6. Company lacks in their Mission & Vision. Even though company not having any proper Vision. 7. Mostly reference employees are hired in New JV plant which makes the company environment toxic for non referenced employees.

Likes

Hero Motors best company for salary growth and skill. Because team leader Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Anil Rathi has good personality. He is trains the team from time to time and achieved the goals.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics going on here. There are some people who have been doing the same work for many years. They do not allow the new ones to survive the job.

Likes

Learning & deployment of learning is good, work life balance is also good. Nice place for women too. Management is helpful.

Dislikes

Salary & benefits can be improved, although it’s good but aspiration are always higher.
