I strongly recommend each and everyone that don't ever join to Hero Motocorp especially in off roll or 3rd Party Payroll your career, time both will be destroyed You will not get any calls further Bridging Gaps payroll has it's terrible sceans they hire some of the Gold diggers Like Shweta and Nandini they both try to manuculate you to join in Off roll.....But remember u will be in Off roll all the time no matter how good your performance is

...in I will tell you another bitter truth is they won't place you in On roll.....so remember if you join you have to stay here in Off roll till last Be Aware of these two Gold diggers Shweta and Nandini they sometimes ask for money Don't pay any single penny Please don't don't don't join in Off roll

hero motocorp, one of the day most employee friendly OEM, Good environment and policies for lady employees too.

Dislikes

...es in some areas have lot of politics which can disturb someone's career growth. Salary overall low for other OEMs.

Salary - The difference in TM sales , Area Manager & Zonal Manager is sky touching. This is the worst experience with Hero MotoCorp where there is no parity & employees within the organization have a huge salary bracket differences. Second is the scope of growth. After all it's an Indian MNC , so no spring boards for young energetic performers . You have to spend a big amount of time working here to get good promotions. Also even if you are promoted you will be paid very less than what an average pay would be for the respective designation.

Company doesn't pay as per skill. Outsiders are hired at a much higher band but internal employees keep dragging for hike and promotion. Priorities keep changing, and all the pressure is pushed down to individual contributors without any support. Also HR/ER is least bothered about attrition at work place. It's way far from Great Place to Work.
