I have worked in Hero as Sales manager for 3year. overall work culture is good also good satisfaction and seniors also supporting but lack of knowledge of backhand team likely credit and IT team.It should be improve this because business would be stuck due to those lack of support

Appraisal happening but promotion doesn't happening only happend a designation change letter but salary none of the hike.Poor IT team incentive also poor for onroll employee.

I love how the company offered learning opportunities and seemed to care about helping their employees develop and grow professionally. They had weekly lunch meetings where we’d learn a new topic, they offered tuition reimbursement, and all of the senior leadership team was very approachable and supportive.

Dislikes

...that I feel like I haven't been rewarded enough for the work I've done for them. Sure, maybe they don't have the budget to pay me more, and that's okay. But I honestly believe that from my experience I should earn more than 50 thousand annually. I have a family, two young kids, and with whatever expenses we have right now, I really need a better salary.

Nothing is to be there for like, Yes salary always comes on time and there is no deductions applicable on travel claims or any other reimbursement.

Very Rude people's are there, No work or life balance, work work or Only work, no personal life, A man who has taken relieving from all their responsibility of their families or he is the single man in his family yes definitely who can sustain there otherwise for the people's who Loves their family and personal life they can not be afford there for a month for a day.

...mates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.
