My first like salary HFCL our employees salary give to to time and all facilities provide on time all reuirment as like laptop , stationary , canvence , incentive etc .

They give lots of target which is impossible to achieve. They polices is not at all good Salary is very low dont give any increment Very aggressive towards employee..... Give lots of Work and stress

I have worked in Hero as Sales manager for 3year. overall work culture is good also good satisfaction and seniors also supporting but lack of knowledge of backhand team likely credit and IT team.It should be improve this because business would be stuck due to those lack of support

Appraisal happening but promotion doesn't happening only happend a designation change letter but salary none of the hike.Poor IT team incentive also poor for onroll employee.

All good like policies and salary paid time to time and atmosphere is very good in herofincorp ltd. All seniors give respect to the juniors that is very good in our company.

I have working last 6 years and 6 months but still in same position. There is no promotion and appraisal in our company

...mates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.
