The environment is toxic, and no one seems to care about employee concerns. Unprofessional conduct during the hike. Leaders were more focused on blaming others. The turnover rate speaks volumes about employee satisfaction. As a junior developer, I felt stuck. Seniors hog all the interesting projects, leaving us with monotonous tasks.
