Nothing is there to be like speciallly in India

Dry Promotion , Salary Slabs are not changed after promotion. Cost cutting when it comes to paying employees. Rest of the things are best here, lovely people to work with, great culture.

It is a monotonous job. Absolutely no learning. Growth depends on your relationship with management (You know what I mean). Complete Quality team has no idea what quality parameters are but they are there beacuse they are good with management. The quality team will get you in trouble and management will find a reason to fire you. The project (HP) is really good but it has been 8 months and still not streamlined (Contract for 3 years). Management makes goofy decisions each day and there's an update about process daily. Incompetant people are trying to organize the process/project. There are no IJP's rolled out, your growth is decided by management.
