- I had worked with this company for more than a year. I hadn't received my appraisal from this company. - The mangment of this company is very poor. Different employees have different policies in this company. -Company software is very old version WebForm 4.5 if you work in this company and after you go into market you are not getting any job because you have old version work experience. currently in the market running the latest technologies. - new joiner owrk in WEB FORM 4.5 framework and not learning new things and new latest technologies. -I had a very bad experience in this company. * Always misbehave senior manager and project manager also and both talking roudly in among all employees. - Company not giving leave if u apply for leave then project manager giving extra more urgent task and tries to finish it; otherwise, cancel leave. - if u have some work at home and you are going home after office hours completion and your task is pending, then the project manager will call at 11PM 12PM for Task completion. - If you apply for going home early, then the project manager says today is not possible, and PM says tommorow come early. - If u can Overtime then OK, if u going early then Project manager says not possible. - Everytime company try u can overtime and go home. if company celebrates a festival event then you can do overtime. - company completely unprofessional. - Management has not given any reply to any mail like leave requests, etc. - The company has no own software like leave management; you are not showing your attendance OR you have how many CL PL leave balances available. -* Hevay Work load and more and more work pressure from the senior person. - company has not givven yearly increment more than 3000 to 4000.
