The Poor Company with worst strategy. They will show hands on client if the project was not there. Lack of planning. I won't recommend this company to anyone. Client will name this company

I was shocked to see such a company with poor policy. They won't consider your career. They will throw out. To be Genuine the company plays lot of politics. Seemore..............................

There was a paid trip to Germany which was nice. There were companies sponsored dinner or lunch at high hotels. There were paid outings to resorts. Overall a good culture.

Dislikes

There is no tax benefits. Zero job security. No other benefits like healthcare or insurance. No work at home was provided until Covid situation. No matter how many years of experience you have, you will be pushed around by peers in Germany.
