No structural hierarchy, pretty bad at managerial level.. everybody does multiple things but new folks need to figure out things everything but it should be very well documented.

I am someone who care ! I am tired so here it goes Encouraging toxic senior managers - tenure more than 5 years If you're part of Bizops, catalog, reservation ops: good luck as your managers do not care about you, really I mean it. Whatever relationship you have with that person professionally I hope it works out in the best way for you friends. Reservations Ops leads even had perverts as leads and nothing will be done about that. You will have plenty of time to drink and smoke up with your managers. Silent layoff's is the motto. Free therapy for all the stress.

Culture team is all about the support but thats just words and they do not actually care. Everyone wants to pretend things are cool but it ain't my friends. Free food and snacks is not what we care about ! Learn to listen or be the same loose good people. Bizops and Supply Ops team heads dont care about their teams. Unless you drink with your manager. Too many frequent changes. Performance rating is discussed in Nanda's. Your manager will tell you what to type in for his review. People who are in Headout for a long time. Please know where your boundaries are. Some of you are really sick trying to use this as some sort of power over others. Your day will come too. Design team is all about the romance, as long as you're the favourite your promotion is sorted. The best place to work tittle, really? you dont even bother to fix the simple things do not brag about this.

Amazing culture, pressure is there but it’s not overwhelming, management is considerate about employees and work life balance, salaries are also much more than market rate
