There is nothing to like as such. You can go for Brand name. Salary and benefits are good for higher level employees

Manager Jr employees being treated There is no skip level meetings Work culture is worst. Team leaders don't allow jr employees for bio or lunch breaks if they have not completed their targets

1. Promotions are regimented. You become eligible to be promoted every 3 years. This makes the wrong kind of crowd mop around for years without making any positive impact to the organization or to younger juniors. 2. People hardly get fired. The redundant ones are moved around from department to department and eventually get promoted after every 3 year stint to rise to higher positions.

- High job security at LOW salary and appraisals - Office politics and toxic work culture HDFC securities offers the worst of both worlds i.e low salary of a private job + bad office culture of a government job

Appraisal according how is your relationship with manager not according performance. Pressure on other third party products where core business is not much important. HR response is zero whenever you need. System are slow like more than any government company.

Great brand! The only other thing I liked about working here is the salary being credited on time.

Oh dear, downsides are uncountable. The work pressure is over the top. The salary being credited is totally unjustified to the nature of the work being done. Constant pressurizing leaves one unmotivated to the core and only to feel like leaving the organization altogether. Rubbing salt into the wound, where I work the 'politics' and 'favoritism' is unbearable - toxic working environment. On top of that, lack of appreciation for target accomplishment and frequent stealing of individual performance credit. I don't mean to be too harsh, but I'm simply describing the exact ground reality. Sugar coating is just not my cup of tea. Leaving everything aside, I would personally, never work here again (nor will recommend), even if I were to be requested or even bribed - just not worth putting your mental health in a jeopardy. The brand is GREAT without a shadow of doubt, but the management is, unfortunately, absolutely abysmal.
