Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

... they are also doing good,company policies are also good for security purpose. Intensive structure is good, everyone should get salary including intensive around 50k to One lakh depends upon their buisness.If we do good buisness then will get good intensives. Dislikes

Class of service not reaching masses. Targets be achieved in small pockets with ease but ask tap HNI customer is more of corporate nature.Backup to employee is less,more of order , termination is constant boore in mind.

I am not saying clearly dislike factors but one imp point is growth of salary is to low as an Disbursemement coordinator/officer after worked 3 years in company salary is 13k in hand this is very poor salary and after marriage no one will manage in this salary structure expected salary is in hand 18k to 20k but not getting for this reason only emplyee will leave job

...t will effect your mental health and the timing was hell from 11.30am to 9.45pm.They give salary like of 16-18k and you have to do a jumbo loan of monthly around 1500-2000 costs for job security
