1. No work life balance 2. They will torture you 3. If you did not sell the policy they just try make you to purchase a policy for your family 4. There no holiday for bank holidays but it's banca channel 5.worth thing is hdfc bank doesn't like it's own policies and sell other products of tata and birla 6. There is no job security in hdfc life.. company don't remove you but the managers made you to resign So many are there like this

...nd especially promotions structure is very much clear and very much transparent. But salary and rest benefits are not upto the mark.

Apart from salaries and promotions company failed in other aspects. Especially the management, employees salary(half of it) is taken by the management under the name of clients. And there are unnecessary commitments given to clients which effects an employee personally.

HDFC Life primarily exploits its employees by imposing excessive work pressure and making unnecessary salary deductions. They promise promotions twice a year, but these commitments are often ignored due to office politics. There is a notable lack of job security, and the company does not provide any training during the induction process. Employees are expected to perform tasks without proper guidance. The company culture is poor; it relies solely on its brand name while subjecting employees to undue stress. There is a lack of transparency regarding targets and achievements, leading to significant mental pressure. As a result, the work-life balance is severely affected, and most employees do not feel valued in this environment.

Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards
