Major reason is very poor salary growth.manual work high work pressure. Work time not fixed. If u come early in office but u have to go home as late. highly toxic environment, gossips, no supportive people, improper training.every each employee have no responsibility about work. Harrasment to new joinee. No attention to new joinee. Very work stress, mentally tocher.

Managers always shouting and scoulding there cams like kids Always pointing out cams salary and disrespecting No professionalism No punctuality No coordination Not at all supportive Managers at their worst behaviour for new joinees And HR never pick up the calls no matter how urgent it is No work life balance

Low support from HR department, other deduction in salary without any intimation and knowledge, handling 3-4 branch in same salary as one branch which is very low and unaffordable.

I am not happy with the company, seniors do not approve daily activity leads and always salary deduct due to daily activities. No incentive and rebursment. Work pressure is very high. Other Hdfc companies much batter than Hdfc Life.

There is a notable lack of job security, and the company does not provide any training during the induction process. Employees are expected to perform tasks without proper guidance. The company culture is poor; it relies solely on its brand name while subjecting employees to undue stress. There is a lack of transparency regarding targets and achievements, leading to significant mental pressure. As a result, the work-life balance is severely affected, and most employees do not feel valued in this environment.
