1. Pay structure is poor. The CTC includes the annual bonus. That means for earning your own CTC, one has to earn rating. 2. The way they make fool our of you. JD and actual work are really different. Popular statement "I am a really considerate manager".

Dislikes

Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
