...nt is not supportive and the way they communicate with lower levels is terrible. Salary structure is horrible and shift hours are expected for 12 to 14 hrs a day

... Saturday and Sunday off as they have mentioned holiday at the time of joining. Also I feel there is discrimination in salary increament policy and working time among employees.

...c targets, no support from seniors instead they pressurise you beyond reason. Zilch in the name of L&D, Worst IT infrastructure, they can’t even pay for outlook, they use free version of Notes even for mails.

Hdfc life is a good company and listed company all senior's are very supportive.

Hdfc life has very slow career growth even salary and incentives are very less compare to other competitors company in banca channel and company give you extra target as compared to your competitors.
