...cy, rejected leaves at last moment even after informing manager 2 months before. * No job security, Manager always ask to resign in front of everyone in team meetings * Bullying regarding salary infront of colleagues, as if paying my salary from their own pocket *

1.f&f process is worst no tracking 2.Settlement amount not credited to your account properly 3.No privilege leave bal amount is not calculated 4.If u work more than 5years then only u will get gratuity amount 5.promotion process is worst 6.If u are gng to join as fls u need to loose your images

...security job security here then it is good. The work culture is also very good. Here I am afraid of one thing and which is the Salary Structure. The payband is too low if we compare other peer organisations. My companion's are getting more than me by doing less business. This thing hurts that I am doing the same work here, even I am working more but not getting the similar compensation. If I talk about overall then HDFC Life is a very good organisation but one thing which demotivates is the Salary Part. HR here is also not so much supportive, if you face any problem or you have any issues you will not get any help. Aslo don't expect any help from your L1 Manager of L2 Manager. If you got stuck in any situation then you need to survive on your own, it's for FR related and everything. Overall it's a good organisation but it is Customer centric not employee centric. Thank You

Salary, Expense management ( you will not get any expenses for travel with in 50 kms one side) this is very rediculous. You are going to customers place for new business or renewal but you will not get anything.
