If I talk about working culture,management and company policies, I must say this organisation is very good in all these fields.If talk about job security, the company supported me very well in covid19 pandemic.I want to thank Hdfc life for the wonderful support in difficult circumstances.Thank you so much HDFC LIFE.Keep growing always.

Compensation, supporting staff,operation team and most of that my HR is not good.HR and supporting staff what I have is very bad.

Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards

...meters to do that 4. We lost our work life balance 5 My BP showing High 155 6. Huge pressure less salary 7. manager telling us to give 5 start rating for the company 8. Everyone has engaged to pressuries us to do insurance 9. There is no truth about this. 10. Work life balance worst Customer telling us to withdraw policy but Manager telling us to not to do that.

...cy, rejected leaves at last moment even after informing manager 2 months before. * No job security, Manager always ask to resign in front of everyone in team meetings * Bullying regarding salary infront of colleagues, as if paying my salary from their own pocket *
