Big brand. People know the brand very well

Dislikes

Less salary compare to psu. Even clerk of psu bank get more than a manager grade of hdfc. Bonus and incentives at junior grade not that good. Only boss and team managers will get good salary here . No travel claims are given.

Company have good policies...better platform to grow..if u ambitious about work...good opportunity to Higher Position .Good earing structure also there.

Management people team Dont even care about Employee .... and U'll have to loose ur monthly salary and Job also because of management wants .... I Feel worst company management system..where U complaint Harrassment and Management not giving u responce.
