I just simply love the company, be it work culture, sales incentives, or training and they are always open to feedback and suggestion. I learned a lot in HDFC life.

Dislikes

I was not satisfied with my salary, I was asked for my salary at the time of the interview and I told them 25000 pm. I was hired and when I got my first salary it was 170000 which was really heartbreaking.

Good pay, good brand name, good if you want to give your salary a hike.

Dislikes

Quality of people, work culture highly stressful and many seniors are not much supportive. Appraisal is not good and also it depends on your bosses if they don't support no appraisals. All depends on the type of people you get to meet because environment is made by people around you. As an organization hdfc life is a good organization. Pressurised environment.

...ammates are not supportive only politics and management also not transparent. Company policies are not good,appraisals are not fair and not any bonus and also not hike salary.

There is a good management of company and good work environment. Company policies are good, they good salary, hike and bonus in hdfc life insurance company ltd.

There is a some issues salary is decent but growth is slow.

Hdfc life should increase the package for experienced one.At the time of promotion they should give 35% increment in salary as target increased at a good amount.

Dislikes

I do not like the increment part of salary which should be higher at the time of promotion.
