No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards

Stable company offering secure job. Never ever delays employees salary. Very strong in latest technology adoption. Strong top level management. Learning environment.

One good thing about Exide life is they'll pay your salary on time..but company culture is very poor ..in the managerial aspect also they don't really believe in retention..it's a hire and fire policy.

As a result, the work-life balance is severely affected, and most employees do not feel valued in this environment.

...meters to do that 4. We lost our work life balance 5 My BP showing High 155 6. Huge pressure less salary 7. manager telling us to give 5 start rating for the company 8. Everyone has engaged to pressuries us to do insurance 9. There is no truth about this. 10. Work life balance worst Customer telling us to withdraw policy but Manager telling us to not to do that.
