Dislikes

Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Big brand. People know the brand very well

Dislikes

Less salary compare to psu. Even clerk of psu bank get more than a manager grade of hdfc. Bonus and incentives at junior grade not that good. Only boss and team managers will get good salary here . No travel claims are given.

Low salary structure Unwanted work pressure Dirty politics Zero growth if you're not a politician in the company Non recognition of your good work No incentives even after having huge targets Manual rating system of employees, you will be judged by your amount of buttering not by your performance. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
