...and colleagues. I worked there as a telecaller and then promoted as Team leader. I learnt my new things in that organisation and my salary was 15k per month. There was a team work and very good environment. We do work in a team and then team becomes like family.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high but one thing that I dislike the most is weekly off. There is no weekly off and we have to come even on Sunday. At one stage a person got fed-up with their life.

You get salary on time.

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.

Already they are top in insurance sector so people know about this company that's good part.

...se that's why they are doing insurance these are the facts they take advantage In small salary package thier expectation is more than crore For a freshers Or 2 years experience not good place to work You have to travel every single day like a horse (on your money) Many more people don't share because they sacred if they share they can't get job because these people leaves and they go to another company so it's like round like earth anyone can meet anywhere In 100 people only will success 2

I like work atmosphere with relative co-employee and higher s mainly learning skills and developing of my work and working times .everything is going well here very good job for employees, growth levels also very nice..

I'm unsatisfied with my salary and I got work pressure a lot .

I just simply love the company, be it work culture, sales incentives, or training and they are always open to feedback and suggestion. I learned a lot in HDFC life.

I was not satisfied with my salary, I was asked for my salary at the time of the interview and I told them 25000 pm. I was hired and when I got my first salary it was 170000 which was really heartbreaking.
