The way they make fool our of you. JD and actual work are really different. Popular statement "I am a really considerate manager".

Dislikes

Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

Stable job, one can work with co for long term. Good HR policies. Female friendly and safe organisation.

1. Pay structure is poor. The CTC includes the annual bonus. That means for earning your own CTC, one has to earn rating. 2. The managers are poor skilled, knows only to create pressure but don't know to manage pressure. Don't groom the teams. 3. 6 days working. 4. Way behind technically.
