As a corporate getting salary on time till I am here. But Now just want to switch.

They hire for one role then will give sales target more then a sales officer always treating like they did favour by giving the job. But didn't know we have selected by giving the examination and multiple interview. And after that thay pinch you they did a wrong selection.

I was there in the company for 5.10 years the company work experience is life time in mind. The best company for updating degital services n customer oriented.

There are no growth in Salary matters since for vintage employees.

Well it's depends upon your department. Service branch operations culture is not much good what we think about HDFC LIFE from outside.

Not satisfied with work environment, No increament, no Bonus and No job satisfaction. Only have Brand name nothing else.

We all are doing work from home,but still company is giving full salary without any deduction.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not happened in current situation i.e covid 19 Wherever we did in last FY we are not getting increment. Company have earn profit in last FY but still management has taken decision there is no increment to all employee.

Career growth is excellent, leadership skills is added advantage.

Dislikes

Personal growth in terms of salary is too poor, no values/rewards for excellent work. The salary structure for eg variable is included in the CTC which is worst as other standard organisation. Variable commitments are too poor.
