I learned a lot from this company.i developed my skills there is a good working environment but job security is poor.Also there were no growth in career.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as compared to working hours.i have to work 13-15 hours in closing days and sometimes late into night.work pressure is very high.our branch manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.also they do not support their staff members. there were lack of support from managers.

...appy to be part of HDFC Ergo where I can upskill myself along with he work life. Company encourage us to take time off for personal life Management is good Salary and work environment is also good Multiple events helps to avoid boring work life

Dislikes

Nothing so far... See if they can help to improve the appraisal thing 😜 Because whatever good we get as an employee but good increament will always have higher stake in that happiness and shows worthiness to the efforts

They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. There compititior will grow by taking some advantages. There policies are not employee and customer friendly

Employee can manage his/her work life balance at this organization.

Dislikes

...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

Likes

The work culture is really good at HDFC ERGO. They take care of their employees and understand the critical situations. There is no pressure on employees and hence they can easily enjoy their personal lives along with the work.

Dislikes

The perks and salary could be better. Also they need to upgrade some tech stack.
