...what to do and how.. just business without planning. Lack of vision n mission. Comparatively Very low salary and incentives . Software n system upto 1980s. Focus on employee tracking instead of supporting.

Salary growth and career growth is very slow but lot of learing I have got from there do I am happy with HDFC ERGO

I don't like anything about working in Apollo Munich, except few people.

There id nothing to like, There is no transparency in salary cut And they won't give Allowances if you will not Achieve your target. There is no management support. Full stressful life, Senior don't know how to work. They will simply put pressure on you.

...stry.traning r going time to time .career growth is so good but u have to work .hand some salary package,I live working with Apollo Munich. If I get 1 more chance to work I will work in the same industry.
