I like the company's culture, work environment and job security and so .. Teammates are very supportive and management is good.

I don't think so there is any negative points that u need to be point out. One point is that the salary is decent but growth in career is very slow

Talents have no place in here.... Only think u need to progress in term of post and salary is to be gujrati. As tl and managers is guju u will get full support even if u r wrong..... Rest please so waste ur time hoping for growth.... Try some other company

They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. There compititior will grow by taking some advantages. There policies are not employee and customer friendly

...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

...what to do and how.. just business without planning. Lack of vision n mission. Comparatively Very low salary and incentives . Software n system upto 1980s. Focus on employee tracking instead of supporting.
