They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
