Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.I have been working for over 1 Year. Bank staff is very supportive.This is my First job of the bank. Which I liked very much While working.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.Hr side Some issue Hr Department not give the any response and not solve the our problem. Transfer are very Difficult task By your Nearest Branch.

It does not have any transparency on promotion criteria, no uniformity of salary structure, vintage staff are not given due pay , promotions. HR has no roles or say when any staff asks for any query or requirement but says at the discretion of Cluster heads who never encourages except only flattering is done.
