Onroll staff only take personal leave for 10 days yearly once and onroll staff only earn starting freshers salary is 20 k.. But offroll staff freshers salary is very low on compare to onroll and personal leave also cancel

1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

1: Favouritism is the worst part 2: HR is like they didn't exist they rarely hear you 3: Management trying to do worst from their end 4: Just like other old organisation they only care about new joinee

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.
