No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

Some branch havingg bad colleagues not supportive bad behaviour if good colleagues with you u feel hhappy HDFC bank is good i give 5 star

I thought HDFC was good as a bank, I have visited one or two times there and my issue was resolved in 7-10-15 days of followups with multiple executives where my RM didn't even pick my call.

...ed it but someone who has recorded it , must be facing it there several times. HDFC - I had my salary account with you guys, I get 1L/month and a credit card worth 3L limit. Salary on time. Attendance marking does not affect salary.

Leaves only for show, not allowed to take leaves. HDFC is not a bank but more like a LIFE INSURANCE policy broker firm with targets to harass customer to sell them policies.
