All things are good in this company except salary package. otherwise working culture is very good, people are good , you every time appreciate by your manager,

No work life balance, good team People are very supportive but as the bank is no1 bank and customer oriented, there will always be too much work on your plate. One has to learn to draw the line and communicate clearly to the management otherwise u will be dumped with more work everytime

As we know that HDFC bank is one the leading bank of India....I m happy to be the part of it...I m from backened team but still I learned a lot to my boss...he's very cooperative,easy to taught me the skill...I m very thankful to him who supported me a lot...apart from this company culture is also harmonious... relationship between managers and their co-workers are so harmonious and congenial....

For me there is slow growth of the employee.... package is also not as much as expected to be...

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

No skill development for employees in HDFC and there is no Good Culture at HDFC - No value and vishion for the employee here - Only the name - nothing is there inside
