they will make you work like mad dog but when they have to gave you incentives they will change incentives structure in every three month and after providing you incentive they ask you money back saying its wrong calculations we send you money by mistake even they after 1 quarter of incetive they provided in last quarter of calendee year still they miss calculated? and after releasing money they concal with higher authority and trained employees to do some chatu giri of channel head thank u for incentive 😂😂worst organization i have ever work with worst channel is hdfc bank mumbai midc andheri akruti business port

THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO MEET CUSTOMERS AND MAKE FIELD TRIPS BUT WILL NOT PAY YOU DESPITE OF AGREEGING TO PAY AS PER BANK'S POLICY. MANAGERS ARE ABUSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A SLAVE AND IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CULTURE AND REPORT THE SAME TO HR, HR WILL NOT HELP OR RATHER SIDE WITH THE MGMT.
