Compensation is good, job is okay.

Work Life balanced needs to be prioritised, even after working hours are over still we need to wait till 7:30 - 8 just to show that we are working, and other People for the sake of working will start to work only after working hours are over i.e after 6pm this people go to their desk and will leave by 9:00 to prove that there are working and rest of people who completes their work on time and leave on time, they don't get any recognitions from the Management.

...ard an employee and HR has the audacity to say it's my problem that I turned up. To add to the misery, I got my salary after 2 months and laptop after 40 days. HR even lied about reimbursing the flight tickets down. 2. Lack of a smart/qualified internal IT team to handle complaints: Raising an IT query and till the time it's resolved it takes so long and use of outdated systems further slows down work. 3. Lack of clear communication by HR (most of the time): HR does not respond to mails on exit or onboarding and acts like it does not have a responsibility.

... end, you end up with a pile load of work. 4. The respect for employees is zero. Just paying a big fat salary shouldn't be the indicator of employee happiness. Work life balance is horrible. You are expected to work late everyday as the work structure itself is in shambles. 5. Absence of work-timings. 6. Every next work is a priority work. 7. You have no role in decision making. 8. There is no special attention to paid to up-skill employees. 9. Rewards and recognition are very rare.
