Internal Politics, no understand on employee struggles ,no job security, less salary in the market ,always think about bank profits ,no human values ,no caring of employees , no much digitalization comparing to other banks , No leaves ,huge pressure eon every employee for tgts , need huge profits with less man power, No happiness at working with bank .only need of the hour for employees

Best thing to work under HDFC Bank banner is the value in market of the bank is satisfactory and you can easily got business from client via business policies created by the bank. If I talk about working experience, I learnt lot of product knowledge and marketing skills from senior.

Dislikes

...es of the product expecting higher and higher even after achieving the target. The end less working expecting under low salary by seniors. In-short no doubt to work under big banner of the bank, Great learnings but life of ground staff is not matter for seniors.

Salary difference btw ncr employee And for upcountry employee , targets are also different for ncr employee and upcountry employee

Actually as per hr salary is not credited to my account every month and decreased salary so i have to change other vertical

Ok ok Work Environment and culture . Teammates are supported but not seniors. Company policy are not good, appraisal are not fair they give low pay and not any bonus and I am not satisfied with HDFC Bank

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low pay and career growth is very slow or not anything . Senior not supportive.
