We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

Dislikes

We are tensed on several occasions due to non performance on several occasions.The attitude of seniors is very bad.

Only advantage working for HDFC is that it's a big company. They always say that it's a fortune that you are hired in this company and it is used to negotiate your salary at promotion.

Dislikes

...ds they are strict when it comes to punctuality when it comes to entering duty. Overloaded with tasks and responsibilities but salary remains the same. High pressure and have to trap people to achieve targets. Not so great working environment. No expenses or allowances are given a good amount of salary will be spend on running for bank. Incentive conditions are hard to achieve and it takes 3 months to get your 1st month incentive. If you don't have a life it's the best place to join.

Monetary benefits are just peanut sized. Very less bonus, very very less salary hikes even after appraisal. Yearly hike % is less than the industrial average. Systems are very complicated.

One thing good about bank is that it works on buttering system which lead to fast growth of employee which I lack off 🤷‍♀️

Salary structure Imbalanced work life n company culture Gender discrimination Biased promotion including rating, bonus and increment No proper herichary to solve the issues faced by employee, if addresed then no solution given inadequate to this, have to face more toxic enviornment and inappropriate behaviour by seniors

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

Dislikes

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.
