Salary is always on time . Couldn't find any other likes.

This review is only meant for retail Branch banking.Cant say for other departments. The in time is approx 9am but out time totally depends on Branch Manager.its usually around 8:30 or 9pm.sometimes its also around 10-1030pm.If you couldn't do any sales for a particular day you will be punished not to leave ,this is a very common occurrence and happens almost 2-3 times a week. You will learn nothing new here if you know the basics of banking. The only thing u will learn is how to sell bank products.Banking nowadays is pure sales Job. How much Life insurance you can sell How many accounts you can open how many FDs you can do .you will be judged on how good you are at sales.HR policies are really weak in this bank .If you are exceptionally good at sales it is ok otherwise you will constantly be told to resign.Work life balance is nil. As on holidays sometimes you will be ordered to work .As usual people engage in office politics very often . Overall If i was given a second chance i would rather open a small shop than working here .Ask any close friend who works in this organization he/she will say the same thing .

Only the technical interface side of the platforms used while in tramsactions

It does not have any transparency on promotion criteria, no uniformity of salary structure, vintage staff are not given due pay , promotions. HR has no roles or say when any staff asks for any query or requirement but says at the discretion of Cluster heads who never encourages except only flattering is done.

One thing good about bank is that it works on buttering system which lead to fast growth of employee which I lack off 🤷‍♀️

Salary structure Imbalanced work life n company culture Gender discrimination Biased promotion including rating, bonus and increment No proper herichary to solve the issues faced by employee, if addresed then no solution given inadequate to this, have to face more toxic enviornment and inappropriate behaviour by seniors

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

Dislikes

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

...with hdfc bank however bank is lacking in one thing that is internal promotion.people coming from outside getting more salary than existing experienced employee that gives feeling of disparity and promote people to switch to get better salary.
