Too much pressure. In my case, I did not receive a healthy work environment. Management is toxic. They do not know how to handle and train a new staff. How to deal with unskilled staff. Everyone is in pressure.

Work culture is very poor, people don't talk in a good manner to others, no work life balance, more than 12 working hours. I have joined 2 months back, and wanted to resign, you can understand the pressure of work. They compare new guy with 10 yrs old person of the system. I m not at all happy.

There is nothing to be likable untill you are at senior manager lavel.

No medical, no humanity, no salary, no promotions, no compassion, no work culture, no work life balance, they want you to hate your family and leave yoyr all the responsibilities towards them and work for the company like labour.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.
